Namaste

Our 1st & 2nd grade teacher, Mrs. Ostergen, always used to tell us that "great minds think alike," which is why it came as no surprise when we discovered that NPR ran a segment on recent talks to secure a position for competitive yoga on the Olympic roster.

It was only last week we were discussing the feasibility of Olympic shoulder stands in 2012. We think we got a shot at it.

Olympic yoga--where old gymnasts go to keep competing. I wonder if they'd be able to award points for the best "om". moi

And how many points does one earn for mentioning Mrs. O in a totally unexpected move to go for the gold. Who else on this blog was in that class? Or are you a royal we now? :)

Like a Shel Silverstein poem in the annual Poetry Reading, unexpected mentions of Mrs. O are guaranteed to bring home gold.

I am the only Lealite on this blog; the shout out to Melinda Ostergen just goes to show that everything I learned, I learned in 1st & 2nd grade.

Don't know about you, but I can still recite, by memory, The Jabberwoky and There's Too Many Kids in This Tub.
